Enabling a low-carbon, flexible power system through Demand Response

With electricity demand surging and the national ambition to integrate massive volumes of renewables, the Saudi electricity system must evolve to become more agile and decarbonised. In collaboration with the national DSO, Energy Pool designed and implemented a strategic Demand Response (DR) pilot to demonstrate the value of demand-side flexibility in supporting the power system's transformation.
