Energy Pool Becomes a Fully Independent Company

On Friday, 29 July 2022, the founders and employees of Energy Pool signed the acquisition of the remaining shares held by Schneider Electric, making Energy Pool the largest fully independent player in the world specialising in energy consumption optimisation and complex power system management solutions.

This transaction enables Energy Pool to strengthen its strategy and independence, while continuing to support our clients in tackling the challenges of the energy transition by optimising the overall design of their complex systems, their consumption practices, and their energy contracting.

Energy Pool can now act solely in the best interest of its clients, ensuring access to reliable, low-carbon, and affordable energy.
