Initial Selection
Energy Pool is committed to responding to all applicants within two weeks, promoting a fast, transparent and inclusive process. The recruitment team assesses the applications and organises an initial interview, either face-to-face or remotely.
Technical interview
If the first stage is conclusive, a more technical interview takes place with the manager to discuss skills and expectations in depth.
Final interview
A meeting may be arranged with the head of the department concerned, or with a peer, to finalise the process.
Checking phase
As part of our recruitment process, certain information on your CV (academic and professional background) may be checked by our partner EveryCheck, with your consent and in compliance with personal data protection regulations, before a job offer is made.
Onboarding program
As soon as you join Energy Pool, you will embark on a three-week onboarding program at the heart of our businesses, at our sites in Bourget-du-Lac and Lyon. You will take part in an immersive program that will familiarise you with our activities, our culture and our teams.
You'll benefit from in-house training and collaboration opportunities to help you get up to speed quickly.

Energy Pool makes it easier for students to enter the professional world by offering them rewarding work placements, sandwich courses and VIEs.
These experiences enable them to immerse themselves in the challenges of sustainable energy and contribute directly to large-scale projects. In 2024, around 15% of students joined our teams, bringing new perspectives while benefiting from a structured framework to develop their skills and build a solid foundation for their professional future.
