Step 1: Feasibility Study – Steam Decarbonisation Strategy

    • Full electrification

    • Hybridisation (gas + e-boiler)

    • Hybridisation with thermal energy storage

  • Technical analysis: sizing of e-boiler, grid connection constraints, storage capacity

  • Financial modelling: CAPEX, OPEX, potential subsidies

  • Revenue estimation from flexibility markets

Step 2: Project Development Assistance
