At Energy Pool, professional equality between women and men is a lasting and structuring commitment of our HR policy. We have set ourselves the objective of reaching a minimum score of 85/100 by 2026 (35 points on the gender pay gap indicator and 5 points on the indicator relating to the 10 highest salaries).
For the year 2025, our Gender Equality Index stands at 79/100 — a high score, although slightly lower than the previous year. This result nevertheless reflects the concrete actions undertaken to promote fairness, diversity, and support for career development. It also highlights the areas for improvement on which we must continue our efforts.
