At Energy Pool, professional equality between women and men is a lasting and structuring commitment of our HR policy. We have set ourselves the objective of reaching a minimum score of 85/100 by 2026 (35 points on the gender pay gap indicator and 5 points on the indicator relating to the 10 highest salaries).
For the year 2025, our Gender Equality Index stands at 79/100 — a high score, although slightly lower than the previous year. This result nevertheless reflects the concrete actions undertaken to promote fairness, diversity, and support for career development. It also highlights the areas for improvement on which we must continue our efforts.
In this context, Energy Pool is committed to a process of continuous improvement and continues to implement the actions defined in its Unilateral Decision of the Employer (UDE), in order to sustainably strengthen equality at all levels of the company and to ensure an inclusive work environment in which every talent, regardless of gender, can grow and fully contribute to the success of Energy Pool’s collective mission.
